The survey is based on 20 industries and they are ranked from 1 to 20 according to the number of curse call received in last 2 years.
Satellite TV providers are on the top of list as the every 82th call to the businesses from the customer has the wrath words. Housing contractors and cable providers are on number 2 and 3 with 90th and 123rd respectively. Rest of the list is as under
